The idea of a Danish quality product at a fair price as an alternative to the Asian brands turned out to be a good one, and in 1993 FZ FORZA was already the second biggest badminton brand in Denmark. In 1996 the North Jutland brand was given the seal of approval when FZ FORZA signed a contract with leading Danish elite division clubs. In 2015 we could celebrate 25 years at the forefront of badminton clothing and equipment. A birthday celebrated with exciting new products, but also with a look back at what the first 25 years has brought; world cup victories and medals, winners of several national and European championships as well as several titles in Super Series and All England tournaments.

In addition to above titles, FZ FORZA has seen many young FZ FORZA players around the world collect titles both domestically and internationally and we are very proud of all their achievements.

Return, refund and cancellation policy

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Please email returns@racketline.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking reference.

2. Mail your returned item to:

 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

 

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Racketline, you must contact customer support by email (returns@racketline.co.uk) or by phone (10121 238 8954). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK. [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Europe Any shipments outside of Europe are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 10 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
